St. Luke’s Leadership

Elders

In the Presbyterian Church (USA), Elders are elected by the congregation to serve for 3-year terms and meet monthly. The Session, similar to a Board of Directors, is made up of Elders who oversee the administration, finances, grounds, worship, and spiritual care of the community. Elders lead with compassion, prayer, curiosity, and a hope for the future.

Deacons

The Board of Deacons is the heart of St. Luke’s Care Ministries. Alongside Pastor Andrew, the Deacons provide care for the sick, grieving, and struggling within our community. This includes prayer, home and hospital visits, calls and cards, and simply being with one another. The Deacons also work alongside the Justice & Outreach Team to serve the needs of the surrounding community. Like Elders, Deacons are ordained to 3-year terms.
